Exercise Phase 3
Definition: the period focused on balance and coordination, which improve dynamic movement patterns.
Objective: achieve optimal performance and movement patterns
Core stabilization with coordination and cross-crawl patterning
Stability-ball bridging, prone work and push-up progressions
Advanced variations should only be attempted once cleared
A note on the advanced exercises
The final progression in this phase is demanding and is not appropriate for every patient. Attempt it only if your provider has specifically cleared you for it, and stop if it provokes symptoms.
