What should I bring to my first visit?
Photo ID, insurance card if applicable, and any relevant imaging or records. For accident cases, bring police report and attorney contact if you have one.
How long does a first visit take?
Plan for about an hour to allow time for intake, exam and discussion of findings.

No — you can schedule directly with the office.
