The SMS opt-in checkbox on our appointment form is optional and is never pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of receiving care, and we do not treat providing a mobile number as consent to text you. If you check the box, we record that you consented, the date and time, the page you consented on, and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can show how consent was obtained.
